The sessions I had with Julia was something so incredible that I’ve never really experienced anything like it in my life. Before starting, I didn’t really know what to expect and I wasn’t too sure what the results would be. Starting off just simply talking and going through my trauma that has affected me deeply, causing anxiety and discomfort wasn’t easy, but Julia made me very relaxed and calm for me and I felt open to speak about it. We went through the session and during it whilst repeating words and tapping I felt an energy shift and something being released. I can only describe it like clouds being cleared away. After this exercise I could not believe the results. I went back to the trauma to find what I was feeling right after the session and I did not feel any emotional attachment to it. I had the most amazing experience with Julia. She totally got rid of my fear of driving. I stopped driving for more than 27 years and sitting behind the wheel would give me panic attacks. I have had numerous hypnosis and other treatments with a few people, but it didn’t work. I was so thrilled, just with one session I managed to get my confidence back like before, if not more. Every time I’m driving, I hear her calm voice saying to me, ‘come on Mrs Schumacher you can do it’ and boy can I do it! When I met with Julia I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and lowered feelings that were escalated after a bad job experience in my career. I wasn’t familiar with the reset experience but knowing Julia I knew she could help me, and any service she provided would only make me feel better and not worse. Undergoing the reset was a deeper experience than I expected. It uncovered hidden fears and anxieties that I had buried for so long I didn’t even know they existed, and that they were subconsciously feeding my generalized anxiety for so long. After the reset I felt a sense of calm, lightness and forgiveness towards myself, as well as a deeper understanding of myself and my issues.
